Can't import .mov files.

I get the error " file is unsupported format" when I try to import the .mov files included on the content CD. The readme files say they can just be dropped onto the timeline but I get the above error when I try to import them into Media Pool.

What am I missing?

Also are these files suppose to have sound?

I had a similar problem awhile ago. I was told to reinstall quicktime, but when going through the install options make sure to select the "authoring" option. This will allow .mov files to be imported into an editor such as Vegas. -Shon
