Can't install Vegas Pro 23

I can not get Vegas Pro 23 to install. I downloaded what should be the initial install file <vegasprosuite23_dlm_ft4l9x.exe> but all I get is a popup box that says "MAGIX Installation manager" with a yellow triangle "!" and abort, retry and Ignore buttons. None of which do anything.

Win 11 Pro
Aorus X570 MB
AMD Rizen 9 5900X
32GB DDR4 1600Mhz
2TB Samsung SSD 980 Pro M.2 >600GB free

I would try downloading it again. Sounds like it might be an incomplete download. You can also look here:

@David-Steiner The small 'dlm' file is actually just the download manager from where you select the installation files to download.

It has been known for security systems to block its operation.
