Can't render at 60 fps with Sony AVC/MVC

So I can't render at 60 fps with Sony AVC / MVC (59,940 NTSC Double) or something higher than 30 fps, every time I try to render at 60 fps, it automatically switches to 30,00 fps, this did not happen before and I do not know how to fix it.

Which version and which build of Vegas Pro do you use?

Make sure your Field Order is Progressive?

Try starting from one of Sony AVC internet presets (current build is 384).
