Thats a very strange size! What camera did you use to capture this---NTSC is 720x480, PAL Is 720x526---Vegas can capture either of them.

I am interested in buying a Machine Vision Camera that has this pixel count.

To the best of my knowledge no tape system can write that sized frame so the capture issue really doesn't matter. For that matter if it's a machine vision camera it's highly unlikely it's got anyway of writing to tape. Also the frame rates that those cameras work at can be almost any number you care to dial into it.
I'd be 99% certain that at the very least there'll be a way to export what the camera has recorded as a still image sequence and that you'll get into Vegas at any AR and frame rate.

You are right about the capture issue.
I meant digest the video to Vegas 6 no capture.

I just talked to a tech support person for this cameras and he confirmed what you
are saying about changing almost any parameters in the cameras.
