In Vegas Pro three render types delivers MXF: Panasonic P2, HDCAM SR and XDCAM (HD). P2 is OP atom while HDCAM SR and XDCAM are OP1a. All of them are limited to HD.
There's no MFX option for UHD output in VP.
Actually I'm not aware of any encoder (or NLE) which supports to output UHD 4:2:2 H.264 with 8 channel PCM or Dolby E output wrapped as MXF. Curious if FFmpeg could do this.

Seems impossible then for me to render in 4K to follow their guideline.
so in VEGAS Pro:
MXF-0P1A is HDCAM SR & XDCAM EX in VEGAS render menu

Apparently Davinci Resolves able to do this from my previous Blackmagic DR17 class, the trainer demonstrate the render settings in resolve to follow RTM (Radio Televisyen Malaysia) Broadcast specs sheets, With all of the Audio channel (Which I'm not fully understand, never had real experience in broadcast world)
Its similar to the Astro specs sheet I attached in this post.
"how bout the normal Sony MXF in the render menu?"
This is XDCAM (HD) OP1a but HD at max.
But just got an idea. Maybe what is behind the demanded specs is XAVC. And this is the type I totally forgot to mention which is also avaible as MXF output. Not sure, but this also could be OP1a and this would match all the other specs, too.

Yea, It does shows .MXF in the file name. A bit confusing as VEGAS Render menu doesnt really have option to pick the video container (mp4,mxf,mov etc)
Maybe this might work, I will ask the broadcast people tmr for better clarification
