If you have dual processors, launch two instances of Vegas and render out two projects at the same time. Even if you don't have dual processors you can still do this. It works much better with dual though.

This only works well if your hard drive doesn't become the bottleneck.

Short answer is no, Vegas doesn't have batch rendering.
