Can we do this in V5/

I was wondering if we would be able to do these kinds of effects or videos in V5? These video clips where created by Bill O’Neil using After Effects (I believe) the links are here

you can get pretty close to it. you'll need the plugin pac shatter effect, and have to learn how to do some creative bezier masking. Yes, it is possible. I think the question is if you have the amount of time to do it. I'm doing something similar to this... not as close, but somewhat the same feel. (working on a high school state allstar game live broadcast)
