can you blur a face???

Hey I was wondering if there were a way to blur someones face and track it with mothing....like what you see on cops, etc...know what i mean? like if there's a way to control a blur and isolate its area, and then have it follow a face to blur it out, etc...?? Please help me with this one ASAP!! Thanks in advance!!!

Yes.

Duplicate the section of track where you need blur. Blur the lower track. Apply cookie cutter to upper track. Size, feather and keyframe the motion.

Done!

Not to butt in, but you would apply the blur to the UPPER track. What you'll also need to do is reduce the SIZE of the circle in the cookie cutter filter to just cover the face or whatever you want to blur.
