not sure if this is the right place or not myself ... I've never seen job offers here, but that doesn't mean they aren't permitted... I've seen a lot of offers of help once the problem has been explained thoroughly ...

Is your problem a quick project or long-term employment? That factor might be important for someone who may have some free time over the summer, but doesn't necessarily need a full-time job.
Do you want this person to live in LA? You can expand the responses significantly if you would permit anyone to apply - you can trade the files and clips online (or overnight mail a hard drive)...
Is the project urgent - or is locating a person urgent? Finding someone to help should be the easy part; if you want the project done in a expeditious manner, that might be a problem depending on what you expect this person to perform...

I know there are many broadcast producers/editors here ... many producing their own broadcasts. It's just a matter of are they willing to help - which again, depends on what you expect this person to do.
Explaining this sort of thing in advance will help those who do not respond spread the word that you are looking for someone to do specific things... so, although they may not apply, they'll help you find those who will ... just a thought.
