Can you use cloud function with Edit version?

I'm going to purchase Vegas Pro Edit 21, and I'm wondering if you can use the cloud function.
As far as I know, you can use the stock images and videos since version 19.

Another question is, are there still critical bugs? I'm on version 18 and it crashes occasionally.

You should be able to access Vegas Hub with VP21.

What do you mean "critical bugs"? Specifics? Sad news, everything crashes no matter what "brand" of software you are using. Is VP21 more stable than VP18? It should be.
