Cancelling the 365 VEGAS subscription

I sent 3 emails requesting the cancellation of my annual subscription and I got no response. I checked 'My Contracts' page in the service center and it shows the status as 'Canceled' and it has the cancellation date written.

I am confused as to why the support team won't reply? I appreciate their fast action but I just want to make sure that everything is okay.

I appreciate your frustration, but the forum is primarily for users of Vegas Creative Software (VCS) products (i.e. fellow customers) who are not in a position to reply on behalf of VCS. On the positive side, it could be construed that cancellation info on My Contracts is the reply. Perhaps take a screenshot of the page to keep as proof if there is any problem in the future.
