Cannot load the Vegas 22 upgrade I purchased months ago

I have emailed support numerous times and all I got back was a stock response and zero follow-up. Have wanted to purchase a couple other Vegas Pro products but will not until I can actually load the software. I have the error report that has been supposedly saved on a Magix server. What can I do to resolve this?
