Cannot Reinstall Vegas Pro 19 or any POST products

This is an absolute disgrace.

VEGAS 19 refused to work today, which hindered my work. I couldn't download the patch as that would take hours, so I figured... Hey, why not just re-install the program and get that over with? And of course, that didn't work.

I've been trying to install the software for the past five hours with no luck. Despite being a file of 800mbs, the download speed is excruciatingly slow. It's literally kilobytes per second. And the installation also fails halfway through or stops itself every few minutes for no reason. I need this software on a daily basis, as I work for a company and as a freelancer. It has completely halted all of the projects I've been working on and it's been incredibly stressful.

I never should have upgraded from 17. Is there anything that I can do?

There are other threads here with alternate unofficial download locations that are faster for some users.
