Cannot render project for DVDAS_2.0?

Hey folks,

I've rendered my project to VCD for test viewing on my TV.

However, what takes about :40 minutes for VCD is showing over 4+hours to send it over to DVDAS_2.0.

So, I let it have at it, and about 20 minutes (approx) into the job it just hung up. I had to terminate the process.

I'm runinng a 2.4Ghz chip over 1Gb of RAM. I've tried to keep down the background processes as well.

Any thoughts? I'm on a schedule and getting nervous.

Answered over in the DVDA forum.

Oh, by the way, your best bet will be to render from Vegas in the appropriate format - in this case select one of the DVDA templates.

Yeah I just noticed that over there--wasn't sure where to put it.

Can you elaborate a bit more on the template formats? I'm a bit fresh with this software suite, and the manuals/help are a little less than insightful.

Oh, and I checked the properties. Both apps show 720x480 (486 for vegas) NTSC.

I was under the impression that would do it. I have no video in the project; only stills and a few flash animations that seem to work as intended.
