Cannot use Video Event FX shows as unregistered

I downloaded Pincushion video event FX from a tutorial on YouTube and followed the guide. I have a purchased version of Sony Movie Studio Platinum Suite 13, I'm running build 955 64-bit Movie Studio. Firing up the Preset Manager 2.0 I am able to load the sfpreset and copy the Pincushion presets to the system. When I go to add the preset in the Movie Studio it shows as Unregistered, see screenshot, apart from this the install has no other added preset or plugins, this is the first one. The Movie Studio shows as licensed to me. I've not been able to find an answer to this problem so far, any help would be appreciated.

It appears the Pincushion FX needs registering.

Exactly where did you download this from?
