Do you mean HF10? And do you mean Sony Vegas Movie "Studio" Platinum 8? Try posting in the Studio products. You may also want to be more specific on what exactly isn't working for you. There are many aspects to the art of editing video. Is it capture? Editing? Editing a particular event? Rendering? .... you get the idea. Good luck.

There is a actual HG10, its the 40Gig HD version of the camcorder, my HG10 AVCHD Footage works perfectly in Vegas 8, The online specs state that Platinum works with AVCHD footage, what exactly is the issue you are having?

Yes it is compatible with pro 8 and Platinum

I have used it in both no problem
