What should I do if "Error code -14" appears when activating the program?
You have just successfully installed your software and still receive the message "Error code -14" during software registration.
Error code 14 indicates that the serial number entered does not match the program or the program version.
To solve your problem, first check whether you have entered the serial number correctly. If you have purchased several programs at the same time, please check whether you have used the serial number that matches the program.
If the problem cannot be solved using the instructions, please send us a screenshot of the error message and the completed activation dialog.
Procedure for creating a screenshot:
1. First of all, you must be able to see what you want to take a screenshot of on your monitor. 2.
