cant burn

after i have prepared my dvd and on the step to burn the dvd i have the DEVICE option grayed out.. cant select it or choose anything from the dropdown list hence i cant start burning... anybody have any ideas

this is the step i cant do when im burning my production;;

i cant choose or find my dvd burner on the drop down list.. i have a toshiba dvd- burner (internal)
cant choose my burning speed either.. really need help
