cant burn plz plz help

hi i have sony movie 4,when i have finished with the edit of my movie
it wont let me burn.it keeps coming up with the message"sony dvd architect does not seem tobe installed(BUT IT IS).please install the application or use the istallation wizard to correct the installation( i have also followed this procedure and i still get the message ).
If you whish you can select another DVD Burning application,please refer
to the application documentation for use.Maybe this is the answer to my problem BUT i dont know how to do it.if any one can help me with this problem i would be most gratefull.any solution to the problem will help : (

Have your tried rendering your project to the default *.avi format in Vegas 4, then opening DVDA and selecting "file-new-single movie" (as I recall)? You then browse to the *.avi file and import. DVDA will re-render into the appropriate files and burn.

If you have rendered your project to an *.avi file, you can import that into any DVD authoring application (such as Nero) for processing into mpeg2 and burning.
