Has anyone had any problems downloading the software before for two days now ive been trying to download my subscription. For awhile it was sayin i had an application it needed running in the backround, and now it says it is installing completely but wont automatically open after the download and when i try to manual click on it all it does is start the download all over again. Ive tried calling and emailing tech support but noone has gotten back to me. I just started a channel on youtube and it critically getting in the way of my edits does anyone have any advise about what i could do?????
