Cant move videos in pan/crop

It is my first post here. Can you please tell me why I cant move some pictures in Vegas Pro 13 further then the amount of pixels they have in X?

I am making a project and I can move normally most of pictures I added but there are some which I can't move further than the invisible parallel borders that are as far from the middle as the picture is wide.

Right click on Image in Pan/Crop window and select Match output aspect ratio. See if that helps.
