Cant remove a Glow effect that I didn't put. Urgent help needed.

Hi All,

I'm stuck on the final moments of a project and can't figure out what's going on. There is a special soft glow on a clip that I don't want.

I didn't add any glow fx, there is no track FX and there is nothing on top or under that track and no fx on the clip. There is a glow effect in other clips on the same track.
I opened up a new project and copy/paste that clip onto my existing project on a new track above it and I still get this soft glow. No matter where I put this clip or where I got it from (trimmer or from another project) it puts this glow that I can't see or remove. It looks like a bug.
I even tried putting a glow to rest to none, on the clip so that it can reset itself..no can do.
To make matters worse, it looks like most of the clips on this main track has this soft glow, minus just a few clips.

I hate when this happens at the end of a deadline..RRrrr any help is greatly needed.

I'm on Vegas 4.0c.

Thanks in advance.

(biting my nails)

Remember all the places that glow can be added: Event FX, Track FX, Track Motion, and Project (via the preview window panel).

Any chance we can get a peek at your .veg file?

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So MUCH THAKS TO YOU... I NAME MY THIRD CHILD AFTER YOU. The problem was in the Preview Window Panel. I overlooked that area.

You saved me soo much grief, thank you soo much.

-Phew!!!

I weep for your third child. ;) Better name him/her after someone else (LOL).

That does remind me though, i'm supposed to be coming up with my list of possible baby names for when we, hopefully, start having our own kids. Hmmmmm. Julius Chien .... maybe, possibly. ;)
