9.0b while im sure it fixed sevral things, doesnt appear to fix fixed anything I was hoping it would.

(meaning if ya merge any 2 files (say mpeg-1 files) with both video and audio into one file, they lineup in sync where they say what they are supposed to say WHEN they are supposed to say it throughout the entire file (in the output files NOT the prview windows)
