For Capture, start the Sony Video Capture utility and go into Options > Preferences > Disk management. You can use the Add Folder button to add a folder on your F: drive and remove your C: drive.

Rendering is controlled in the File > Render As... dialog. Just point to whatever drive you want. If you are talking about where the Pre-Rendered files go, that’s a project option. To permanently change it, go to File > Properties and change the Prerendered files folder setting. Then be sure to check [X] Start all new projects with these settings and press Apply. All new projects will now use that prerendered files folder.

Thank you for the info. Now when i start a new project and i do a "save as" i need to save it to the F drive (where i would like all projects to go) correct? I changed the setting in the File>Properties is there anything else i need to know? Like do certain files get placed elsewhere that i need to know about?! Thanks again JR!!

Nothing more to know really. The files are saved wherever you ask them to be saved in the Save As or Render As dialogs..
