I am running the demo version of Vegas Video 3.0, Build 76 and am having a problem when I open the capture application. If I grab the application window by the title bar and move it around the screen the window stops every 1-2 seconds and freezes for about 1/2 sec. If I'm capturing the timer that indicates the current location and capture time also freezes every 1-2 seconds and then catches up. I have captured with various other apps and have no problems. (Studio DV 7, Ulead DVD MovieFactory, Dazzle Main Actor etc. It definetly seems like the capture application itself is having the problem. My current config is: Intel PIII 850Mhz, 640MB, 27GB ATA66 NTFS C:\ for OS, 60GB ATA100 NTFS D:\ for capture, DirectX 8.0a w/DV patch, Win2K SP2, NVidia TNT 1200x1600@16k (latest drivers), Canon Ultura DV and Dazzle DV Bridge, Netgear NIC, Soundblaster PCI128, Pinnacle IEEE 1394 card (from Studio DV).
