Capture back to my VCR

How to I record my finished product onto my VCR. The VCR only has composite video-in connectors on the front of it. I assumed when I bought this software that it would output to any source that had a video in. I have tried every possible type of rendered format, but, whenever I go to the "Print to Tape" option and open my .AVI file (which I assume is the only means by which to copy to a VCR), it seems to go alright. When I hit record, it keeps telling me that "An error occurred while printing a file to the device. The File format is not correct for the current device. I tried all possibilities. I have the All-In_One Radeon video card. Any help for a newbie?
Thanks

I had the same problem. The first thing I discovered was that you have to have to have a board that can produce composite video out. Yours should work. I have only a "regular" PC video card, and had to buy a separate product. I my case, Studio DC10 Plus from Pinnacle. I then downloaded the following FREE tool from Sonic Foundry...

Unfortunately, I could never get it to "talk" to the DC10+!! So I just use the software that came with the card for video I/O, and do all my editing with SF. Not efficient, but it works.
