I am trying to take video that has already been captured and burned onto a dvd disc and re-enter it into vegas for editing. I am using an inexpensive home dvd player and running it through my video mixing board to re-capture in avi. However, sometimes the lips are a little out of sync and sometimes they are not. Does anyone know how to avoid this issue while still using dvd's to archive my older movies to edit at a later date? I am thinking I need a better quality dvd player than the Mintek I am using. What do you think?
