capture from hard drive

how can I use a dedicated external hard drive to "capture' footage. I have 2 hours of footage. Thanks

In Video Capture, go to Options / Preferences / Disk Management. Add the drive letter and folder of the external drive that you wish to use to the list, then uncheck any other entries that may be there.
