capture from VHS

I am looking to replace Premiere 6.0 and downloaded the demo of Vegas Video 3.0. Is it possible to import VHS in to Vegas Video as I did with Premiere? Is there also a way to export the project to VHS instead of DV? Thanks!

If you have a 1394 card and a DV>analog converter such as the Sony DVMC-DA2, you can input and output VHS footage to and from Vegas. There are other options, but this is the best one
