Capture Issue

When i captured my video recently it did not break it up into individula scnes it just made it one long scene. Is there anyway to get it to go back to the original way of breaking the footage into scenes?

Open up capture and in the options and check the settings.

. . .for scene detect. If it aint doing it, make sure your camera has the date/time set.
