Click on Help, select Contents and Index, when the help screen comes up, select the Index tab. Type in Explorer,when it selects "Explorer" from the list, hit enter. Hopefully that will get you started.

In a nushell, it's basically just a file explorer window that helps you keep track of the clips you've captured.
