Forum where there was an upgrade to DirX 8.0 and I did that but still
no good. I have sent an e-mail to the support group with a copy of the
Window error that comes up when it crashed. Bud.

Im suspecting a driver problem with your ATI video card. Read this post about the ATI rage card.

Thanks Ivan for pointing me to 'Discdude'. I downloaded the
4.12.6292 and it cleared of my problems. I had previously tried ver.
4.12.6296 and 6293 and had to drop back to what came with the board
each time, so Discdude hit it right one the button. Thanks bunches.
