Capturing from non-controllable device

I want to capture video recorded on a TIVO Digital Video Recorder. TIVO's output is running through a Panasonic DV 2000 DV Deck to a firewire input on my PC. In Final Cut Pro on my Mac, I can capture from TIVO through the DV 2000 by disabling device control in FCP. How can I accomplich this in VEGAS?

Same way.

There's a setting in the vidcap program's preferences.
