Capturing Still Images

I am able to capture stills from my DV tape, however, they are too small to print out or even email to friends. Is there a way to capture "printable" size stills? My stills are all on tape not the minicard.

I haven't done enough experimenting to be totally sure, but it seems as
if the stills are being captured from the screen instead of from the tape.
It's almost as if a "print screen" function is being used, and the stills
end up the size of the preview window. Stretch out the capture screen and
zoom the preview window to 100%. Then you should get full size 655x480
stills.
