Hi video chaps,
I recently upgraded to movie studio, and am having trouble capturing stills. "Capture stills" is checked in "preferences", but the option to capture stills is greyed out when I am in "capture" mode. I cant access it via the capture screen or using key shortcuts. I am using a JVC DV camera. I have used this camera to capture stills successfully with Premier.
Yes, I know I can just capture video, expand the timeline and cut a still out, but I need the best resolution possible and anyway, if the function is there, why cant I use it?
