I hadn't noticed that however that's not setting it up as a plugin. That's simply telling Vegas to run an external program when you select Capture. It could just as easily be Word I think.
Just as what happens when you start Clipbrowser from the desktop you have to use the Explorer window in Vegas to find the clips and drag them onto the T/L. In other words, no integration.
