CD Arch does not recognize audio device

CD Architect will not recognize pro Audio devices attached to my laptop. RME Digiface or Focusrite Scarlett 2. I have downloaded and re-installed latest version of CD Architect.

These devices are recognized fine by Sound Forge 9.

That is quite normal: CD Architect only picks up on "Microsoft Sound Mapper" & "Windows Classic Wave Driver".
You can tell Windows which of your pro audio devices to route the above to by settings in | Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices Properties.

You presumably have only an ASIO driver installed. You will need to load a regular Windows soundcard driver.
