now that i have reinstalled cd architect on a new computer i can't hear any files that are played. my only choice is middi mapper. does this have to do with me running asio drivers for roland studio-caputer? i used to be able to hear the waves being played, but now no audio? please help if you can.

i am running win 7 -64 bit sp1, i7 16 gig, studio-capture, sonar x3, sound forge 9 and 11.

CD Architect uses only 'Microsoft Sound Mapper' or 'Windows Classic Wave Driver' for playback choices (see CDArch Menu | Options | Preferences | Preview tab), and never ever offered ASIO drivers; therefore you must have some facility for Windows Sounds (WDM) in your PC's "Sounds & Audio Devices" setup..... so you must setup, in Control Panel, Windows Sounds and Audio Device Properties so that the Roland studio-capture is used as default device for sound playback (in Audio tab).
