Have you considered maybe reporting it to SF tech support !??

Well good luck to you...

I have the same 6200 drive, I remember having a similar error with CD Arch 4 or 4.5 or something, so I took out my SCSI stuff and went all IDE with an LG burner, and then SF dropped support for CD arch, so I dropped support (as should have all other users...shame on SF for doing that) for CD arch until now.

I just got CD Architect 5 installed. Now I cannot get my IDE LG writer and CD-arch 5 to make discs that can be read by CD players. The computer does see them as audio discs, but no other players read them at all. No error is reported by CD arch. Do I install my SCSI stuff again, buy a new writer, or is it some simple setup issue? Who knows. I will contact tech support asap with this issue.

I installed my Ricoh 6200s and I get this error. At least it saves me from coasters.

Free 60 days of what support? They have tech support? Where? I have seen little evidence of tech support anywhere but this forum. My email to support seems to go into a black hole. This forum at least provides some results.

How are you submitting your tech support - email (where) or web form ?

Every tech support query I have made gets an auto-acknowlegement and a sensible reply within 24 hours.
