ReelPak should have been sent in a separate email after your purchase email. Unfortunately, "virus fever" has most ISP’s, rejecting all sorts of attachments and since ReelPak is shipped as Microsoft Installation file (MSI) it might have been rejected by your ISP.

Please check your web based email (most ISP’s have a web based version or some control center where you can see what they are not delivering to you) and see if its being held up there.

If you can’t find it with your ISP, we can try some silly renaming games to trick your ISP into delivering the file but you will have to manually rename it back to MSI when you get it.
