Change default settings

Is it possible to change the default settings for keyframe interpolation & pre/post toggle for borders in the internal settings?

I thought this might be the case. I change these settings a lot. I always change the border to the post setting, and if I'm scrolling a scanned text page I always change the interpolation.
I'll post this to the "Product Suggestion" area.
