Change language from Portuguese to English

Good afternoon.

I recently purchased Vegas Pro Suite 23 from the Brazilian website, but upon installation I realized there was no way to change the language to English.

Later I discovered that this version has a region lock, so I requested a refund (by the time support responded, my keys had disappeared, but the charge is still on my credit card). And to avoid missing Black Friday, I went to the international website (https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/int/sale/) and made the purchase again, paying in EUROS €. But I can still only install it in Portuguese (Brazil) even after downloading it again using the key link.

Does anyone have any idea how I can change the language to English?

I think this is likely to only be solved by contacting Magix Support.

You should have a new key for the purchase from the international site. If you launch and it still has the old license key, it will need to be replaced with the new key in the registration field.

When I first requested a refund, my keys disappeared instantly. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a refund. Even so, I bought the international version on the last day of Black Friday, and then I got new keys. I had just formatted my machine and used those keys, but nothing changed.

I'm waiting for support to respond; they usually reply within a week.

I tried using the provided (USA) link. During the installation, I selected English as the language; however, when I open Vegas Pro 23, the interface still appears in Portuguese.I am currently using the trial version. Were you able to resolve this issue?

I couldn't get it to work, support didn't respond, I requested a refund and they only responded a month later (regarding the refund), so I bought another software.
