Ive recently changed email address and also needed to reload Vegas Studio software - BUT when I enter serial number it says this is associated with another (my old) email address - how can I get round this - note I no longer have access to old email account.
It's always a good idea to update email addresses on all accounts before closing down the old email address so as to avoid this problem. You'll need to contact MAGIX Support via https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/search/ In the coding field, code anything at all and hit the Find a Solution button, and at the bottom of the page that opens will be Send a Support Request and after hitting that button, explain the issue including the serial number and original order number of your Vegas product so as to help authenticate the validity of your situation.
BTW, there is no such product as Vegas Studio so when you contact support, please make sure that you have the product name correct.
Hi, all sorted - turned out I had actually changed email address before switching over - the issue was I incorrectly typed the new email address when asked to activate software - thanks for the reply and apologies for wasting your time
