I would like to modify female original vocal from dialogue to 7 different female vocals.
I would like to make these 7 output vocals differ themselves.
I know that I can do it by PitchShifter audio effect.
Is it any other possible method or another audio effect which I could apply to make these output vocals differ themselves?

Use elastique Time Stretch plugin included with Vegas. From there you can control the pitch, formant, and speed to make all 7 females sound different.

How can I animate settings in this TimeStretch plugin? For example: I would like to slow down semitones while playing on timeline and also in output audio?
@marcinzm ... You might want to have a look at Celemony's Melodyne which offers far more flexibility with editing pitch and timing than does élastique Timestretch.
The entry level is Melodyne Essential at $99 USD:

The reason I have Melodyne Essential is that it was a bonus extra with a Samplitude purchase a couple of years ago, but I haven't used it very much. Melodyne Essential is also ARA equipped and so can be accessed in SoundForge 14 (and 13 I think) via ARA via SoundForge Pro's Tools dropdown menu.
I think that it would be worthwhile your having a look at on their website to see if it would be of help to you.
Assign the 'elastique Time Stretch plugin to the dialog track(s) plug-in chainer you wish to pitch shift. From there, you can add automation envelopes to the parameters. I have not done this in VP, but it works in Sound Forge.
