Depending on what else is in the frame you might just nudge the color corrector and get what you want.

If you have to isolate the range of colors, use the Secondary color corrector.

Depending on whether or not your shot is locked down too, you may be able create a mask in Photoshop or like app and isolate your water. Gary's suggestion on nudging the color corrector would work really well here. If not secondary color corrector is good but you'll need a few chains of it most likely.
