Changing default duration of a photo in VF2

I am making a movie with jpeg images (stills) onto the VCD format. Is there a way of changing the default duration from 5 seconds to 7 seconds when inserting an image from the media area into the video timeline?

Thanks for the info, it worked just great. I sent the link back to tech support because they said it could not be done.
