Changing email in a profile

I changed my email in my profile and when I started up Movie Studio 16.0, it gave me an error. What is the proper way to change your profile email ?

It's my understanding that at least once a month newer Magix products will connect with the Magix server for verification of license. I suppose that might be the issue. Is there anyway to use the software Offline ?

Which profile are you referring to? The Forum? If so I wouldn't expect it to affect MS16 start up. What is the error message?

You can also change your email in your Magix account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ Go to User Data. But beware - I don't know if this affects product registration.

Meant to refer to changing your email in your account. That appears to be tied to the registration check when you use Magix products. It seems that even if you've registered and activated your product you need an internet connection to use it. Likely for telemetry and user usage.
