Changing Field order, batch

Hi,
(Vegas 7)
I have many video events that I want to toggle to 'Progressive' field order, they are now set to 'lower field' .
The project is already set to progressive, but the video events are only set partially.

I have tried to select the video files together in the media pool, then select properties and change the field order.
But Vegas does not change multiple file properties at once.
Also tried selecting the multiple events on the timeline and tried to change the property.

The events have different plug-ins assigned, so copy paste FX function is not going to help either.

The reason I want to change them is because the current 'lower field order' gives aliasing problems, setting them to progressive solves that problem.

Any possible solution to this?

Thanks in advance.

I doubt changing them to progressive will really fix the problem. Once they make it to a DVD player or whatever they get turned back into interlaced.

I'd check carefully using a CRT, you might think you've beaten the problem only to have it come back to bite you.

You could use a tool like Ultimate S Pro or Excalibur. Both can do this but they are not free.

Unless the video event header has been set incorrectly, changing the field order to progressive is a really bad idea.
