One way to do this is generating one textblock for each row of your list.

Then go to text block properties, select keyframing for each block (the spiral symbol on the left).

In the effect tab set opacity to zero for each block and then use keyframes for each block in the keyframe control panel to adjust opacity of each block for the right time.
