chapter points.help plz

When editing my movie on sony dvd architect 2.0 I add chapter points to my movie, but when I go into my workspace and preview the movie. I go into scene selections and from there I can view my chapters. The thing is all my chapters end at the same point/position in the movie. But what I would like to do is end the previous chapter before the next chapter begins.
Can this be done …if so can you help me please..

You can do this by adding the "big" clip separately (from Explorer) to the desired menu for each chapter, double clicking it to open it in the time line, then setting IN and OUT points.

However many Chapters there are, DVDA knows that it's all the same clip.
